Tier one
Top-tier professionals — highly qualified and extremely knowledgeable with a minimum of 20 years of practical in-salon technical experience. Most have international experience and have honed their skills backstage at major fashion events. Specialise in advanced diagnostics, precision cutting, colour correction, balayage, and all types of hair extensions including Keratin Fusion Bond.
Tier two
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of practical in-salon technical experience — confident delivering complex colour and cutting work. Some have international experience. Full service across advanced techniques, including hair extensions.
Tier three
Typically trained in-house and recently qualified, working under the constant guidance of a Master or Senior Stylist. A great option for anyone looking for quality salon work at a considered price point — exceptional care from the start of their career.
